Dr. Bart Ripperger, DPM, Co-Founder, President and Chief Medical Officer: In 2002, after wrestling with the growing administrative problems and rising costs of private practice for almost a decade, Dr. Ripperger formed DOX EMR. Dr. Ripperger is a foot and ankle surgeon and successfully operated three practices in Arizona. Dr. Ripperger received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Indiana University – Bloomington and his medical degree from William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his residency at the V.A. Medical Center in Tucson, AZ.

Joseph Miglietta, BSChE, Co-Founder and Chief Technical Officer: Mr. Miglietta has a long and successful track record in managing software development teams. He brings a perfect blend of Internet and healthcare software solutions to his job at DOX Podiatry. Mr. Miglietta, received his Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Florida – Gainesville and he has completed advanced studies in artificial intelligence and computer science at both the University of California – Irvine and Arizona State University.

Norman Miglietta, Digital Marketing Strategy Consultant: Mr. Miglietta has extensive experience successfully creating new revenue generating marketing programs and driving sales growth for multiple businesses. With his unique experience and outsider’s perspective, Mr. Miglietta is able to develop innovative ways for clients to market their practices and leverage digital technology to drive revenue growth.
