Executive Team

Dr. Bart Ripperger, DPM, Co-Founder, President and Chief Medical Officer: In 2002, after wrestling with the growing administrative problems and rising costs of private practice for almost a decade, Dr. Ripperger formed DOX EMR. Dr. Ripperger is a foot and ankle surgeon and successfully operated three practices in Arizona. Dr. Ripperger received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Indiana University – Bloomington and his medical degree from William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his residency at the V.A. Medical Center in Tucson, AZ.

Joseph Miglietta, BSChE, Co-Founder and Chief Technical Officer: Mr. Miglietta has a long and successful track record in managing software development teams. He brings a perfect blend of Internet and healthcare software solutions to his job at DOX Podiatry. Mr. Miglietta, received his Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Florida – Gainesville and he has completed advanced studies in artificial intelligence and computer science at both the University of California – Irvine and Arizona State University.

Stuart Finn, Chief Operating Officer: Mr. Finn brings 20 years of sales, marketing, and business development skills to DOX Podiatry. The majority of his career was spent at the IBM Company in a variety of sales, marketing, and executive management positions. In addition to large company experience, he has spent the last eight years building global operations for rapidly growing smaller technology organizations He received his Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Mr. Finn is an expert and lecturer on creating operational efficiencies to reduce costs and increase revenue.
