This dynamic, thinking electronic medical records platform follows the familiar SOAP methodology - Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan. Starting with the fully mapped anatomical picture of the foot, you select the area of complaint; DOX will list all of the anatomical structures that pertain to that area. You then select the tissue type that pertains to that pathology.

Next, using the Diagnosis and Findings screen, enter the patient's diagnosis (chosen from a short list of the most common diagnosis for that area), date of onset of symptoms, and if necessary add or remove other symptomatic locations. DOX then automatically creates the Assessment section of the patient's record. DOX allows you to select and record your choice of treatments, both current and planned, choose the correct procedures and medications, send a message to the front office to schedule a follow-up visit, review the automatically generated reports and submit the chart entry to the HIPAA compliant database for safe and secure storage.

Never type another report! DOX Podiatry automatically generates all the reports associated with the patient visit. Reports can be printed, faxed, or emailed quickly and easily directly from the system. The list of reports is very complete including lab orders, x-ray orders, prescriptions, pre-op, post-op, consult letters, referral letters, etc. And remember everything DOX Podiatry does is created specifically for podiatrists.

DOX Podiatry even creates the Superbill automatically listing all appropriate diagnosis codes (ICD) and the accurate billing codes (CPT). Most importantly DOX Podiatry ensures that your SOAP notes matches and supports the level of complexity that you have chosen for the case.
